Beard met in special session at 10 00 A.M. All members present. A petition receivedby the Board signed, by resident property holders upon College Street petitioning for the improvement of said street with Brick on: gravel foundation, for which material bids had been received. The petitioners, also asking for the withdrawel of their names Crom all former petitions. Petition Piled at 9:30 A.m. this 3rd. day of May,1913. A petition of two Yurth'er property owners on College Street filed with the Board' apt 9:45 A.M. petitioning for the improvement of said Street with Trinidad Lake Asphalt. The ©pegging petitions asking f°or Brickand for Asphalt pavements were referred to the City Civil Engineer for tabulation. The same to be reported back to the Board on Tuesday 1913 at 10:00 A.M. The following petition was received and read from the Central 'Union Telephone Company requesting permission, to set the following poles. 15 poles and 2 anchors in the. alley between. Olive and Elmer Stse east of Michigan Ave. Appro 5 poles in the alley between Euclid and Brick Avenue. approved. 2 poles and 2 anchors in the alley east of LaPorte Ave. between. Euclid and Brick Ave. approved. 1 anchor to be set on the E. side of Euclid Ave. in the first alley east, between La Porte and Michigan Aves. Approved, poles in the alley between Linden St. and Blaine. Ave. between LaPorte and Michigan. Aves. approved jointly with Indiana & Michigan Elic.. Company. 5 poles and 2 anchors in the first alley west of Michigan Ave. between Blaine,and Allen Streets,--Appr-oved'jointly with Indiana and Michigan Electric Company,. 4 poles and 2 anchors on. the E. side of Blaine Ave.between LaPorte and the alley between Berner and Harvey Sts. Approved 3 poles and 2 anchors in the first alley eas,* of Laporte Ave. between Blaine Ave, and Oak St. Approved. 3 poles and 1 anchor in the alley between Allen and Sherman Ave. and between the first alley N. of Oak St. and Michigan Ave. Approved. 1 pole and 2 anchors in the second alley W. of Cottage Grove Ave. between Oak St. and Fuerbringer St. Approved. 1 anchor on east side of Scott St. between.
