■ M Board met in regulr hearing at 7:45 P.I. All members present. ✓ Declaratory hearing given on Improvement Resolution No. 241 fear Pipe sever on Quimby Street from Eddy Street to Francis Street, In the City of Sottth Bend, Indiana. In the above matter no ~remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were Oiled. The Board the-refore find in each and every case in said Improvement that the bene— fits; to the property and to the City of South Bend are equal to estimated cost of said improvement and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Resolved further that notices be phblished on the 26th. day of April,1913 and on. the 3rd. day of May 1913 in the South Bend Daily Times, 'stating that this Board will receive bids for trje construction of said improvement up to 10 A.M. on the 14th. day of Mayllg!7*1 The Board reserves the right to reject any an all bids. Declaratory hearing given on Trunk sewer on Indiana Avenue from Kemble Avenue to Franklin .Street,under Improvement Resolution No. 243. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrance was filed. The Board therefore find ' in each and every case in said improvements that the benefits to the property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improve - merit and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Resolved further, that notices be publis -&d on the 26th. day of April, 1913 and on, the 3rd. day of May,1913 in the South .Bend Mily Times, stating that this Board will receive bids for the construction of said improvements up to 10:00A.M. on the 14th. day of May,1913. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find in each and every case in said improvement that the benefits to the property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvements and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed. and approved. In the above matter a remonstrator appeared, but no remonstrances were file The Board therefore find in each and every case in said improvements that the benefits to the property ah d to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvement, resolved by the Board that improvement Resolution No. 246 for grade, curb and walk on Broadway from Franklin St. to Vandalia R.R. be modified to read as follows:— Grade and curb on both sides of street and walk on north side of street, and the same is hereby in all things ratified confirmed and approved. kesolved, further that notices be published on the 26th. day of April,1913 and on th 3rd. da of Ma ,1913 in the South Bend Daily Times stating that this Board will receive bids for tKeconstruction of said improvement up to la A.M. on the 14th. day of May 1913.
