All members present. <br />Bids were received opened and read for improvements on the follo*i.ng streets, and the <br />same were all referred to the City Engineer for tabulationgto be reported back Friday <br />Ap ri l 25t h. 91913. at 10 : 00 - A. M. <br />t/Pipe serer on Quincy Street from Portage ,Avenue to Blaine Avenue, under Improvement <br />Resolution No. 222. <br />A"Grade, curb and walk on Olive Street from Elwood Avenue to Keller Street, under Improve- <br />ment Resolution No. 225. <br />Grade, curb and walk on Johnson Street from Vassar Avenut to N. line df Mayr!s Mich . <br />Avenue Addition, Under Improvement Resolution No. 224. <br />Petition received read and placed on file for a sewer on Tonti Avenue from Lafayette <br />St. west to Iroquois ,Street. The same was referredto the engineer for investigation. <br />(Petition filed with the Board and read for grade, curb and walk on North St. Louis <br />Street from East Howard Street to St. Vincent Street. The same was referred to the <br />City Civil Engineer for investigation. <br />✓ Petition filed lith the Board and read for a sewer on Parkovash Avenue from Lafayette <br />Street to Iroquois Street.. The same was referred to the City Civil Engineer for <br />investigation. <br />t/ Bond of excavation for One Thousand ($1,000. 00) Dollars signed by Thos. Williams as <br />priniopal and United States Fidelity & Guaranty Co. of Baltimore,md. as sureties, was <br />approved by the Board. <br />Remonstrance was filed with the Board,by property owners remonstrating against vacation <br />of alley from Cushing to Van Buren Street. <br />t/Remonstranee was filed with the Board regarding grade, curb and walk on Division <br />Street. <br />In the matter of the hearing on assessment roll for grade, curb and walk on South <br />Eleventh Street, under Improvement Resokution No. 170. All action was deferred on the <br />same until Wednesday April 23rd. 1913- at 10:00 A.M. <br />Contracts were awarded on the following Improvements. <br />/ Concrete pavement on Howard Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 217 awarded to <br />C. H. De Frees. at the amount af..........................:.................3333,,20 <br />✓Pavement on College Street,under Improvement Resolution No.218 awarded to Hoban & <br />0 <br />Roach, with Wabash Clay on gravel foundation at amount of..... -....,.. .�4 ; <br />Pavement on Pine Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 219. awarded to C.1% <br />DeFrees,with Wabash Clay laid on a gravel foundation at amount of ......... $3,225.90 <br />/iavement on Ottowa Court, under Improvement Resolution No. 220.. awarded to C.H. <br />De Frees,witth Po ston laid on gravel foundation,at amount of ................ 718.30 <br />Pavement on Kemble Avenue,under Improvement Resolution No. 226. awarded to Harry N. <br />Barnes, with Wabash Clay,laid on a gravel foundation at the amount of.....22,375.15 <br />President. <br />
