W Board met in regular session at 10:00 A.M. All members present. (Petition asking for pavement on Lindner Street from LaPorte Ave ue to Michigan Avenue, was reported to the Board by the City Civil Engineer placing a tentative estimate on paving of street and alley intersections at 450.00. The Board ordered a resolution .prepared on the same. Petition received and read asking for grade, curb and walk on Corby Street from Walsh Street to east endof street , , grade, curb and walk on north side and grade and cubb on south side. The same was referred to the City Civil Engineer for investigation. (/Bond and contract for Grade, curb and walk on Colfax Avenue from Walnut Street to Birdsell Street,; under Improvement Resolution No. 203, signed by Joseph Szweda and the Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland, a corporation under the laws of the State of Maryland, Baltimore, Maryland, was approved by the Board. ✓Bondof excavation for One Thousand ( 1,000.00)Dollars signed by Arthur V. Meyers and the Illinois Surety Company of Chicago, was approved by the Board. /Bond' of excavation for One Thousand ($1,000.00)Dollars signed by Jacob M. Singler and F. J. Singler and Chas. E. Singler, was approved by the Board. Bond of excavation for One Thousand ($1,000.00)Bollars signed by W.W. Sibley Company as principal and the G&obe Indemnity Company as sureties , was approved by the Board. i/ In the matter of the , hearing on Pavement on South -Bend Avenue from. Eddy Street to eastern City Limits, under Improvement Resolution No. ?23. All action was deferred on the same until *ednesday April 9th., 1913. at 10:00 A.M. , /in the matter of the hearing on Grade, curb and walk on Olive Street from Elwood Ave. to Keller Street, under improvement Resolution No. 225. All action was deferred on the same until Wednesday April 9th. , 1913 at 10:00 A.M. V W.A. Lintner submitted a plat of addition to the City of South Bend,Indiana.
