Bids received and opened for Pavement on Garfield Court Under Improvement Resolution No. 190. in the City of South Bend, Indiana. The same were referred to the City Civil Engineer for:tabluation to be reported back March 25th. 1913 at 10:00 A.M. The Board awarded Mr. John Stickley of 726 Allep Street a rebate of Six (6.00) Dollars for defective work on per tap. The Clerk was ordered to notify Henry De Vos & Company of the defective tap at 726 AIV,%Street, and to collect Six ( 6.00)Dollars, the amount of the rebate allowed John Stickley on same. The Engineer was instructed to . make arrangments for the construction of a sewer tap on Lot 13 Vail's Addition Block # 9 The same to be placed at the City's expense.
