733 Board met in regular session at 10:00 A.M. All members preset. Remonstrance °re .lved and placed on file by residents of South Bend A venue, remon- strating agair-tst>' the pavement .on said street. The same was referred to the engineer for investigation. ✓Petition for the opening and extcution of Arnold Street across Lot B. in Bazil Rupel's Addition, signed by Edwin L. Perkins and others. The same was referred to the Engineer for vestigaticin. ' Bond and contract signed by Hoban & Roach and The American Surety Company was approved by the Board of Public Works -,' _For Trunk sewer on Eddy Street from Jeffer -on Blvd. Division Street, under improvement resolution No. 178.1 The City Civil Engineer filed the following: - To the Hon. Board of Public Works, of the City of South Bend, Indiana. Gentlemen: - I herewith submit the estimated at 45,000.00 cost of the Mishawaka Avenue Trunk Sever Very respectfully submitted, 'WK. S.
