<br />In the above matter- no ,remonstraatoraa appeared and no remonstrances were
<br />filed. The Board after due- consideration decided the above roll filed January 3rd.

<br />IN THE STATE OF T_NDIANA, do hereby grant, bargain sell ,convey and forever QUIT CLAIM
<br />to THE MUNICIPAL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, of ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, in. the State of Indiana,its
<br />Successdrs, Representatives and Assigns in consideration, of ONE ($1.00)and no-100
<br />Dollars the following Real Estate, in. ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, ili the STATE OF Indi na, for
<br />an alley,towit:- Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot number Six (6) Dinan.'s
<br />Second Addition -to the City of South Bend; thence in a straight line in. a Northeasterly
<br />direction to the to the north boundry line of said Lot 6 at a point Ninety-five (95)
<br />feet west of the Northeast corner of said lot 6; th nee in a straight line in, a North-
<br />westerly direction to the northwest corner of lot Ten (10),- in said Addition; thence
<br />in a Southwesterly Direction aloe. the Southeasterly line of Crescent Avenue a dis-
<br />tance of fourteen and seventy-five hundreths (14.75) feet; thence Southeasterly Eighty-
<br />seven and three -tenths (57.3) feet parallel with and fourteen (14) feet from the second
<br />straight line above mentioned; thence in a southwesterly direction to the Southeasterly
<br />corner of Lot Eleven (11) of said Addition.; thence in, a Southeasterly direction to
<br />the point of begin ping.

<br />assigns. And the first two grantors above named Warrant the title of all that part
<br />of the land herein conveyed. lying East of the middle North and South line of the
<br />alley shown in the plat of said Addition; and the last two grantors above named Warrant
<br />the title of all that partof the land herein conveyed lying west of said riddle North
<br />and South line. This 'deed is to speak... from and after, but not before, the vacation
<br />of the alley shown in, the northerly part of said Dixan's Second Addition.
