i. R -39 Central Core Area. A question has been raised R -39 CENTRAL <br />by property owner, Mr. Baer; Should he go ahead with plans. CORE AREA. <br />for $100,000 improvements to his building? The Commission <br />feels that it should not bar anyone from progress and <br />improvements on a building which would benefit the Central <br />Core Area A release to the press will be made at the proper <br />time by t e Mayor, Common Council and Redevelopment Commission. <br />The next egular Commission meeting will be held Thursday, NEXT MEETING. <br />October 2 T , 1965, 10 :30 A.
