°r3 Board met in regular session at 10.00 A.M. All members present. ✓ Deferred hearinggiven. oa Grade, curb end walk on -Colfax Avenue from Birdsell Street to Walnut Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 203. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Boa°-d therefore find in each and every ease in said ,improvement that the benefits to the property and t.o the City of South Bend, are equal to the estimated cost of ,;chid improvements and the same are hereby in all things ratified,, conr'irned and approved. Be it resolved ,that notices be published in the Sou.t1l Bend Daily Times on the 20th. day of, January and on the 2-7th. day of January 1913 to the effect that tni.5 Board will receive bids for said improvement up to 10:00 A. Busby, Superintendent of Bridges of the Grand Trunk western Ry. Co. at Durand, Michigan, to submit plans and specifications for repairs on tresle at St. PCtPi Street, also to,�notify Mr. W. G. Cra,bill, ettorney fbr the Grand Trunk Western to remove the wwiteh at the east end of the Grand Trunk 'bridge. Clerk was ordered to notify the L. S.-& M. S. Ry.
