M LOCAL SEWER IMPROVEMENT -RESOLUTION NO. 211-. RESOLVED., by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend ,County of St. Joseph, State of Indiana. That the construction of a local sewer, intehded and adapted only for local use by the property holders whose property abuts tl-Breon, and no intended or adapted for receiving sewerage from collateral drains, be aid the same is hereby. ordered in and'along ST. PETER STREET-FRO114 COLFAX AVENUE TO'A POINT LOO FEET NORTH OF W,40HjNGTOj\T AVENUE AS FOLLOWS: - Beginning at the center of Colfax Avenue and St. Peter Street ,thence south along the center line of said St. Peter Street to a point about 100 feet north of the north line of Washington Avenue with a 10, inch vitrified pipe sewer. And such improvement is now ordered and said sewer, 'Ydth all its &ppurten- ances shall be constructed in accordance with the profile and specifications now on file .in the office of the Department of Public Works 'of sadid City. .
