The cerise agreed to `to. <br />Mr. Errnons, Mgr. , of the Chicago, South Bend & Northern Indiana Ry. Company, appeased <br />before the Board in regard to the Xad . son Street, pavement, and agreed to stand the <br />expense of the pavement at street, and alley intersections affected by the laying of their <br />Railroad track. <br />Petition received and read asking for serer: on -Union Street ; from S&mpZ`e °Street to 600ft <br />South. The same was referred to the City Civil Engineer for investigation. <br />✓ Communication received From the Studebaker Corporation regarding the painting of the <br />No. 2. Hose House. The sapae . was ordered complied with, under the conditions that the <br />work be well done and kept up in future years. <br />President. <br />
