All members present. <br />✓ Hearing given on Assessment roll, and final estimate- for Pipe surer on Liston Street <br />from Birdsell Street to Adams Street under Improvement Resolution No. 200. <br />In the above matter. no remonstrators ,appeared. and no remonstrances were <br />filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said roll filed <br />November 12th. 1912 is benefited in the amount of assessments as shown on,said rolls <br />and the Board further find that the assessment rolls filed Nover.:ber 12th. 1912 and the <br />Final estimate allowed November 12th. 1912 should be and the saute are hereby in all <br />things ratified, confimed and approved. <br />Hearing given on assessment roll and final estimate for Grade, curb and walk on North <br />Shore Drive from L,:f'ayette Street Vo Iroquois Street, under Improvement Resolution No. <br />163. <br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were <br />-filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said rolls filed November <br />19th. 1912 is benefited in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls, and the <br />Board further find that the assessment rolls filed November 19th. 1912 and thefinal <br />estimate allowed November 19th. should be and the same are hereby in all things rati- <br />fied, confirmed and approved. <br />f Hearing given on assessment roll and final estimate for Macadam Pavement on Wakewa Avenue <br />From Michigan Street to Lafayette Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 167. <br />In th* above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were <br />filed: The Board therefore find that: the property assessed in said roll filed <br />November 19th. 1912 is,benefited in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls <br />and the Board further find that the assessment rolls filed November 19th. 1912 and the <br />Fi al estimate allowed November 19th. 1912 should be and the same are hereby in all <br />thin s ratified, confirmed and approved. <br />✓ Hearing given on Vacation Resolution No. 20 for the purpose of vaeating the following <br />described property to -wit: Beginning at the northeast corner of lot 11 in Dinen's <br />2nd. addition to said City; thence northeasterly along the line of Cresent Avenue, a <br />distance of fifteen and seventy five hundreths (15.75) feet to..the northeast corner of.lot <br />10, in said addition; thence south along the westerly boundary line of lots 10,9,9,7, akd <br />6, in said addition to the southwest corner of said lot 6, thence in a northwesterly <br />direction to the southeast corner of said lot 11; thence along the easterly line of said <br />lot 11, to the place of beginning. <br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were <br />filed, the Board therefore sustain all former action taken and declare the above described <br />property in all things vacated and this resolution in all things ratified, confirmed and <br />approved. <br />Resolved further that the City Engineer be instructed to prepare a roll <br />showing awards of damages and assessments df benefits to all parties and properties inter- <br />ested in the above matter. <br />Hearing given on awards of damages and assessments of benefits in the matter of Con- <br />deming and appropriating for street purpose a part of the Lake Shore & Michigan Southern <br />Railway Company's night of way in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana. <br />specificially described as follows, to -twit: Beginning at the east line of Vernon Street, <br />as now platted and laid out, and the north line of the Lake Shore & Mice: igan Southern Ry. <br />right of way: thence south in line with the east line of said Vernon Street One Hundred and <br />six and eight tenths (106.9) feet to the south line of the Lake Shore & Michigan. South <br />Ry. Company's right of way; thence westerly along the southerly line of said company's <br />right of way, sixty feet (60) do a point in line with the west line of --,laid Vernon Street; <br />thence north in line with the west line of said Vernon Street, One Hundred and seven <br />and forty five hundreths (107.45) feet to the north line of said Company's right of w%t <br />thence southeasterly along the northerly line of said company's right of way Sixty (60) <br />feet to the east line of Vernon Street which point is the place of beginning. All as <br />given in Condemnation Resolution No .19 inthe City of South Bend, Indiana in the year of <br />1912. <br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were fled. <br />The Board after due consideration find that the properties in said roll are benefited and <br />damaged respectively as shown on said roll and hereby in all things ratified, confirmed <br />and approved, A11 action taken under Condemnation Resolution 19 and the same is hereby <br />concluded. <br />President. <br />
