Dixon & Locker to grant to other individuals or interest the privilege of setting loaded cars in their yard for the purpose of un—loading shipments. In the City of South Band, Indiana. Resolved, that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published for six consecutive days in the South Bend Daily Times, commencing on the 9th . day of December51912 stating that this Board will give a hearing on the amount of such assess— ments at its office in the City Hall on the 27th. day of December 1912 at 7:45 P.M. Resolved further, at the entire work under the above contract be accepted a and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 9th. day of December 1912 in the South Bead Daily Times, stating the►,�thi s Board will give a hearing on the acceptance df such work at its office in the City Hall on the 27th. day of December,1912 at 7:45 P.M. - - - y President.
