652 Board met in regular hearing at 7.:45 P.M. All members present. Hearing given on assessment _ roll and final estimate for Pipe Sewer on` Studebaker Street from Fassnaeht Avenue to Linden Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 157 In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonst rancees were filed. The Board therefore find that the prope rty.assessed 4n said to lls filed October 2.3rd. 1912 is benefited in the amount of assessments' as shown on said rolls and the Board further find that the assessment rolls filed October 23rd 1912 should .be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and, approved. Hearing given on Assessment Roll and final estimate for -Pavement on Alley South of Monroe Street from Mi chi gan Street t o Main St reet ,under Improvement Improvement Resolution No. 119, _. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said rolls Piled Oct- 23rd.1912 is benefited in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls, and the Board further find that the assessment rolls filed October 23rd. 1912 mod the final estimate allowed October 23rd, 1912, should be and,'the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. ✓ Hearing given on Ago essment roll and final estimate for Pavement on Alley West of Lafayette Street from LaSalle Avenue to Madison Street, under Improvement Res lut i on No. 175, In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said rolls filed October 23rd.. 1912 is benefited in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed October 23rd. 1912 and the final estimate a lowed October 23rd. 1912 should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said rolls Piled October 23rd. 1912 is benefted in the amount of assessments as shown on sal d rolls, and the Board further find that the .assessment rolls filed October 23rd. 19121, and the final estimate allowed October 23rd. 1912 should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Hearing given on assessment roll and final estimate for Grade, curb and walk on Lincoln Street from N. line of Michigan Avenue to Quincy Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 194. In the :above :-matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed. in said rolls filed October 23rd. 19121, is benefited in the, amount of assessments as shown on said rolls and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed October 23rd.1912 and the final estimate allowed October 23rd. 1912 should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Hearing given on assessment roll and final estimate for Grade,Curb and walk on Howard Street from South Bend Avenue to E.-line of Morrey's Sub Division under Improvement Resolution No. 154. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said rolls filed October 23rd.1912 is benefited in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed October 23rd 1912 and and the final estimate allowed October 23rd.1912 should be and the same are hereby i n all things ratified, confirmed and approved, k/ Hearing given on assessment roll End final estimate for -Concrete Pavement, on Alley North of North Shore Drive from Midiigan Street to Lafayette Street under Improvement Resolution No. 191 In the above matter no remonstrators appeared, but a remonstrance was Piled.
