i 6 4 9 Board met in regular session at 10:00 A.M. All members present. Bond and contract signed by T.C. Barnes for graveling and grading, Elwood Avenues from Portage A venue to Wilbur Street, under Improvemeht Re' solution- No 206. was approved by the Board. CERTIFICATE OF DAMAGES. ,,-P A. JOYCE, CITY CONTROLLER, South Bend, Indiana. This is td certify that George Zielienski interested as owner in the following described preperty,to-wit:- Beginning at the N.W. corner of Lot 12, Amold, Hines & Wilson's Stxb.DiVision of Part of Bank Out Lots,100,101 and 102,thence! E. on the N . line of the N.E. corner of. said let,; thence S. along the E. line of said lot 121Fifty ad and two tenths (50.2) feet, thence in a S.W. direction on a straight line to a point on the south line of lot 12, Thirteen (13) feet 'east of they S.W. corner of said lot; thence W. thirteen (13) _feet to the S.W. corner;thence N. to the place of beginning. That the aforesaid George Zielienski, has been awarded damages in excess of benefits assessed, in the sum of Twelve Hundred and seventy five ($1275.00) Dollars in accordance with Declaratory Resolution No.''-,7 for a condemnati on for the purpose of opening and extending Union Street, adopted by the Board of Public Works on the 30th day of December 1910 in the City. of South Bend,Indl ana. The payment of the amount above set forth is and shall be in Z 11 settlement and satisfaction of any and all claims whatsoever due or to become due to the said George Zielienski on account of said damages. This certificate entitles the said George Zielienski on presentation to the Department of Finance of the City of South Bend, Indiana to a warrart on the Treasurer of said City for t he sum of Twelve Hundred and seventy five ($1275.00) Dollars Attested:- BOARD OF PUBLIC UORKS•. That the aforesaid George & Balbina Zielienski, has been awarded damages in excess of benefits assessed,in the sum of Two Hundred and twenty five ($225.00)Dollars in accordance with Declaratory Resolution No-7 for a condemnation for the purpose of opening and extending Union Street,adopted by the Board on the 30th. day of November 1910,in the City of South'Bend,Indiana.
