636 VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 20. RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS , of the City of South Bend, in the State of Indiana, that it is desired and deemed necessary to. 'vacate the alley, in the City of South Bend, County of St. Joseph and State of Indian&I described aid bounded as follows It o—wit : — Beginning at the Northwest corner of lot Eleven (11) in Dinants Second Addition to said City; thence Northeasterly along the "line 'of Crescent Avenue a distance of 15.75 feet to the Northwest corner of lot ld, in said addition: thence South along the Westerly boundary .line fff Lot 1019.9,71 and 6, in: said Addition, to the Southwest corner, of said lot 6; thence in a, Northwesterly direction to the Southeast corner of said Lot 11; thence along the Easterly liae of said 1`ot 117 to the place of beginning. As shown by a, plat of inch proposed vacation now on file in the office of. the department of Public Works in said City. The property which may be injuriously or beneficially a{-fected in the said Cit,'r of South Bend by ss,id proposed vactt3on is known, anal described as the alley' here— in proposed to, be vacated, add the land abutting on the East and West side thereof owned by Matthew M. Dinasn and Charles L. Ostrander. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 13th. daffy of November 1912 and on the 20tn. day of November 1912 in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board at its office in the City Hall on the •13th. day'of December 1912 at 7:45 P.A. will hear and, receive remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by these proceedings.
