Gene Skeldon, LPA Secretary <br />The Commission unanimously approved the motion by Mr. Louis, RESOLUTION <br />seconded by Mr. Koczan, adopting Resolution No. 114 authorizing 114 <br />the sale, issuance, and delivery of Preliminary Loan Notes in <br />the aggr gate principal amount of $585,000. Copy of <br />Resoluti n 114 is attached and hereby made a part of these <br />minutes. <br />Upon the motion of Mr. Koczan, seconded by Mr. Louis, the PRELIMINARY <br />Commission voted to empower the President and Secretary to NOTE NO. 3, <br />execute Requisition Agreement No. 3, and the execution of R -29 <br />Project Temporary Loan Note No. 4, and any other documents <br />necessary for this Preliminary Loan Note for R -29. <br />OF CLAIMS <br />Upon the motion of Mr. Koczan, seconded by Mr. Kompar, the Commission <br />unanimously approved payment of the following claims, totaling $19,259.65. <br />PROJECT EXPENDITURES ACCOUNT FUND R -7 <br />South Be d Tribune $ 23.27 <br />Total $ 23.27 <br />ES ACCOUNT FUND R -: <br />Relocation Claims <br />L.
