ra0o Friday October l8th. 1912. Board met in regular session at 10:00 A.M. All members present. I)eferred hearing given on Assessment Roll and final estimate for Brick Pavement on Division Street from.Michigan Street to Chapin Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 90. In the above matter a remonstrator appeared but no remonstrances were filed. The -Board therefore find that the property assessed in said rolls A led Sept . , 6th. 1912 is benefited in.the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls, and the Board further find that the assessment rolls filed September 6th. 1912 and the Final estimate thereon allowed September 6th. 1912 should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and ,approved. /Bond and contract ' signed b.y ;Hobs. & Roach and the American Surety Compahy of New York and approved ;by the Board, for the construction of Pavement ox the First Mey South of Wayne Street from Mein Street to Vistula Avenue, under Improvement Reablutiox No. 202. ✓ Bend and contract signed by Hoban & Roach and the Amer!_can Surety Company of New York and approved by the Beard, for th4e construction of a pipe sewer on Soria Street from Eddy Street to Arthur Street, under Imrovemext Resolution N®. 201. Clerk ordered to write. to the County Commissioners relative to a foot bridge acreses the Race on E. LaSalle Avenue, in the Cityof South Bedtd, Indiana. President.
