Pipe sewer on Witwer Avenue,under Improvement Resolution No. 197. awarded to L.H. Webster, contractor. Pipe sewer on Fuerbringer Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 198 awarded to L.H. Webster, contractor. Pipe sewer on Linden, Carlisle and Sadie Streets, under Improvement Resolution No. 188.) awarded to DePaepe & Coussens. Contractors.
