I’ve just received your completed Certificate of Appropriateness application from Michelle and will process the Staff Report. If the 15’ of chain link fence at the east side of house could be exchanged for wood, I would feel comfortable Administratively Approving the project, including the resin shed and chain link at the drive. Otherwise, the COA application will be included on the October 21 Historic Preservation Commission meeting agenda beginning at 5:30 pm in the County – City Building, 13th floor conference room. Any changes or additions would thus be funded by us, the tenants. My wife and myself recently decided that we would like to add a backyard fence for our dog and a storage shed for our lawn equipment, and I have offered to invest about $2300 in backyard improvements in order to make this happen, improvements that we will only enjoy for as long as we rent the property. As this is not our property, we must be as pragmatic as possible about how much we, the tenants, spend on this upgrade. We have therefore selected
