Bids were receirved and opened "an the Following improvements. --'-Pipe Sewer on F'uerbringer Street from Cottagegrove Avenue to Sherman Avenue ,under Improvement Resolution No. 198. The sane teferred::to'. the City Engineer to be reported back Friday September 20th. 1912. at 10:00 A.M. ✓Pipe sewer on Witwer Avenue from Indiana Avenue to Dubail Avenue, under Improve- ment resolution No. 197. The same referred to the City Engineer to be reported back Friday September 20th. 1912. at 10:00 A.M. Pipe Sewer on Linden,Carliale and Sadie Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 198 The same referred to the City Engineer to be .reported beck September 20th. 1912 at 10:00 A.M. ,,-Grade and walk, on Division Street from Olive Street to Chicago St reet , under Improvement Resolution �To. 196. The same was referred to the City En�,,i.,neer to be reported back September 20th. 1912. at 10:00 A.M. -"Hearing given on Assessment Roll and Final Estimate for Pipe Sewer on College Street from Fassnacht Avenue to 200ft . So. of Michigan Avenue,under Improvement Resolution No.' 135. In the above matter all action was deferred until October the llth. 1912 at 7:45 'P.M. Communication received and read" from Roadmaster Cotter of the Grand Trunk regard- i ng the planking of Division St reet . The same was placed on file. Petition received and read for a street light on Corby and Alexis Stret from Notre Dame !avenue to South Bend Avenue. The same waz referred to the Street C ommi s si one r for investigation. Bond and contract signed and approved for Grade, e*Urb and walk on Elmer Street from Michigan. Avenue to N. line of Mayr's Michigan Avenue Add.,under Improvement Resolution No. 194. T.C. Barnes contractor. Bond and contract signed and approved for Grade, curb and walk on Olive Street from Michigan Avenue to Elwood Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No. 195. T.C. Barnes, contractor. —Bond and contract signed- and approved for Grade, curb and walk on O'Brien Street from Michigan. Avenue to No. line of Maayrls Michigan Avenue a a,ddition,under Improve- ment resolution No. 193. B.T. Vander Karr & Son ,Contractors. �In the matter of the Grade, curb and walk- on Ohkland Street from Mishawaka Avenue to Proposed Boulevard or St. Joseph River west side of Street.,under Improvement Resolution No. 155. The Board having said matter under advisement find that remonstrance filed June 14th. 1912 should be sustained and that tEhaat tape Resolution should be and the same is hereby and in all things rescinded.
