'552 Fri Board met in regular session. at 10:00 A.M. Mr. Lambert absent. In the matter of grade, curb and walk on 0ak1and Avenue from MishawakaAve 1 to proposed boulevard to St. Joseph River ,west side of street, under 1n vement Resolution No. 155. All action was deferred on same until Friday September 15th., 1912 at 7:45 P.M. V, Permission was granted by the Board to L.A. Hickey's SonsContractors, to cloese the alley between South Scott Street and South Chapin Street on W. JEffersen BLvd. , for a period of two weeks. Engineer filed assessment roll and final estimate for Bri ek Pavement on Hydraulic Avenue from LaSalle Avenue to The Bridge at Madison Street,, under Impro ve ment Resolution No. 130v -Resolved, that notices as to the amounts of assessments be pubaished for six consecutive days in the .South Bend Daily Times, commencing on the 9h. dW of September, 1912 stating that this Board it 11 give a hearing on the amounts of such assessments at its office in the City Hall on the 27th. day of Septebuber,1912 at 7:45 P . bl._ .
