Division Street from Olive ,Street to Chicago ,Street ,under improvement Resolution No. 196: The Board having ;said matter under advisevwnt have resolved to rescind the construction of the curb in the a fore — said numbered''resolution$ and the above resolution to be modified to read Grade and Walk on Division Street.:, The Board therefore find in each and every case in said improvements that the benefits to the 'property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the ®estimated cost of said umprovements and the same are hereby in all things ratified,' confirmed_ approved. Resolved, that notices be published on the 2f th. day of Augµ st 1912 and on the 4th. day of September, 1912 in the South Bend, Daily Times, stating list this Board will receive bids for the construction of said improvements up to 10:00 A.M. on the 17th. day of September, 1912.
