548 Board met in regular hearing at 7:45 P.M. All members present. Hearing given on -Pipe Sewer on Witwer Avenue from Indiana Avenue to Dubtil Avenue Under Improvement Resolution No. = 197. In theabove matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed'). The Board therefore find in each and every case in said improvement that the tenefit- `' to the property and tot he City of South Bend, are equal to the eestimatdd cost (said improvements and the same are. hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Be it resolved that notices be published in the South Bend Doi 1 T Imes on t2ae 26th. day of August, 1912 -and an the 2nd. dray of September 1912 to the :effebt that this Beard-wi11 receive bids - for acid improvement up to 10:00 A.X. on the 17th. dq of September, 1912. Hearing given on Improvement Resolution No. 198. for Pipe Sewer on Fae.rbringer Street from Cottage Grove Avenue to Sherman Avenue, In the above matter n® remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board.there fore' find in each and every case in said improvement that thebenefits to the property and to. the City of South Bend, are equal to the estimated cost of said improvements and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed .and approved. Be it resolved that notices_ be published in the. South Bend Daily Times oen the 26th, day of August, 1912 and on the 2nd. day of September 1912 to the effect that this Board .will receive. bids for said improvement up to 10::00 A.M. on the 171a. day of September 1912. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Hearing given on Improvement Resolution No. 188 for Pipe Sewer on Linden, Carlisle and Sadie Street. In the above matter remonstrators appeared and remonstrances were filed. The Board after due consideration Therefore find in each and every case in said improvement that the benefits to the property and to the City of South Bend, are equal to the estimated cost of said improvement, and the sane are hereby in all things ratified., aonfirmed and approved Be it resolved that notices be published in the South Bend Daily Times on the 26th. day of August, 1912 and on the 2nd. day of September 1912,to the effect that this Board will receive.bids for a said improvement up to 10:00 A.M. on the 17th. day of September 1912.- The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids:. In the above matter all action was deferred until Tuesday August 27th. 1912 at 10:00 A. No remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said roll filed August 2nd. 1912 is benefited in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls, and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed August the 2nd. 1912 and the final; estimate -allowed August 2nd., 1912 should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved Hearing given on Assessment Roll and final estimate for Aspahlt Pavemetnt on Lafayette Street from Navarre Street to Foote Street, under Improvement Resoluti on No . 132. No remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed, the Board therefore find that the property assessed in said rolls filed August 2nd. 1912 is benefited in the, amount of .assessments as shown on said rolls, and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed August 2nd. 1912 and the finklestimate allowed August 2nd,1912 should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
