BOARD OF PUBLIC APO RKS : - ' <br />Gentlemex: - <br />It has been decided by the City Attorney, Mr. Romig, that the Under ground <br />District is not properly designated so as to be able to notify the-Co1wusing the <br />Poles and wires where they can set poles and where not to set poles. It is the <br />pleasure of this Board to set the lines where the lines should be I would suggest <br />that the old Ordinance No. 1044 be recommended to the Council as the proper Under <br />ground District and have the Council rescind all other Under ground Ordinances. <br />THOS.
