No. 186 for Grade, curb_ and walk on Huron Street- Ix the above matter all action was deferred until Friday ,August 23rd.1912 at 7 : 45 P . M. '-'Hearixg givex on Declaratory Resolution. No. 1 199 for Pipe Sewer'ox Linden Avenue Carlisle Street and Sadie Street. Ix the above matter all action was deferred uxti 1 August .23rd. .1912 at 7:45 P.M. -'tearing given on Declaratory Resolution No. 195. for Grades Curb and WAlk on Olive Street from Mi chi gan Avenue to Elwood Avenue. In the above matter a remonst ant or appeared, but no rer_.onst rances , here filed. The Boni Board after due consideration find in each and every case in .said Improvement' that the benefits to the property, and to the City of S.outh Bend are equal to tie estimated cost of said improveament and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Be it resolved that notices be published in the South Bend Daily Tines on the I2tii. day of August,l912 and on the 19th. day of Augu,t,1912 to the effect that this Board will receive bids for the coast, ructiox of said improvements up to 10:00 A.M. on the 3rd. day of September,1912 the Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. ,-'Hearing given ox Declaratory Resolution No. 193 for G�r_a,de ,()rub and walk on O'Brien Street from Mi chi gan. Ix the above matter remonstrators appeared and a remonstrance was signed. The Board deferred all action on the same until August 23rd. 1912 at 7:45 P.A. //bearing given on Vacation Resolution No. ld for the purpose of vacating the follow- ing described property to -"wit:- Vacation. of Keasey Street wept of Carroll Street. In. the above matter all action was deferred until August 23rd. 1912 at 7:45 P.M. �-`Heariag given on Condemnation Resolution No. 16 "'or the purpose of appropriating a strip of land on Grace Street to Walnut Street. In the above matter remonstrators appeared and a, remonstrance was filed. The Board after due consideration deferred all action on the same until Friday August 23rd. 1912 at 7:45 P.M.
