T! V 7 Board met in regular session at 10:00 A.M. Mr. Lambert absent. "-The petition of the Lake Shore & Michigan Southern. Railway Company asking for a side- track over and, across Lafayette Street and Prairie Avenue wasr. approved by the Board and referred to the Common Council for ratification Petition- received and read petitioning for &-Grade on Elwood Avenue from Wilber Street to Portage Avenue.
