This Agreement conforms with the wage scale <br />submission in the bid documents for this project, and also has been <br />approved'f r legal adequacy by Attorney Hammerschmidt. <br />5. The deposit PARK, R -57 <br />is to be made in the name of the Redevelopment Department for <br />refunding urposes. The families indicated they will attempt to <br />repay the ent advance. Upon the motion by Mr. Kompar, seconded <br />by Mr. Che ney, the .Commission approved said action, with a periodic <br />referral b the staff to be made to these families. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. The Commission approved Resolutions 177 and 178, which RESOLUTIONS 177 <br />authorizes the staff to submit to Chicago DHUD office, HUD Form AND 178, REQUEST <br />6144, Request for Concurrence in Acquisition Prices, for certain FOR CONCURRENCE <br />parcels in the LaSalle Park Project, R -57, upon the motion by IN ACQUISITION <br />Mr. Kompar, seconded by Mr. Chenney. Resolution 177 applies to PRICES, LASALLE <br />Parcel 9 -4 , and Resolution 178 applies to B. G.
