4,6 3 Board met in regular session at 10:00 A. M. All members present. Bids opened on Water Connections on Walnut Street, Under. Improvement Resolution No-173. The same was referred to the City Engineer, to -be awarded back Friday June 7th. 1912. Bids opened on Grade,Curb and Walk on Woodward end Bledne Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.143. The same was referred to the City Civil Engineer for tablu- at i on. Hearing given -on the Vacation of Alley in Nickel's Addition, ender Vacation.. Resolution No. 15. The same was deferred until June 21st. 1912.�v; Hearing given on the Assessment :.'Roll and Final estimate for the Vacation of Alley between Lots 19 and 19 in Stover and Witsrer's Addit .on,under Vacation Resolution No. 13. The. same was deferred until June 21st. 1912. j/Hearing given on Vacation Resolution No. 17 for the purpose of vacating the fol- lowing described property to -wit: Fbr the Vacation of the First Alley North of Li st on Street from Bi rdsell Street to First North and South Alley West. In the above matter no remonstrators appeetred and no remonstrances were filed, the Bottr(3 therefore sustain all former action taken and declare the &bove described property in all things vacated and this resolution in all things�reltified, con- firmed and approved. RESOLVED further, that. the entire work under the above cont resets be accepted and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the loth. day of June 1912 in the South Bend Daily Times, stating that this Beard will give a hearing on the acceptance of such work at its office in the City Hall on the 28th. day of June 1912 at 7:45 P.M.
