!/Hearing given on Declaratory Resolution No. 165 for Grade, Curb and walk on Marquette avenue from Lafayette Street to Iroquoi se Avenue. In the :above .matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances weref: filed. Therefore be it resolved that the Board find in each and every ease in said improvements_ that the benefits to the property, and to the City of South Bend are equal to tr!e estimated cost of said improvements and the same are.. hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Be it resolved that notices be published in the South Bend Daily Times on the 5th. day of June 1912 and on the 12th. day of June 1912 to the effect that this Board will receive bids for the construction of said improvements up to 10:00 A.M. on t he 25th: day of June 1912, the Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
