This letter was considered <br />uate because only 2 points of Form <br />UD-907 were acted upon. The staff has <br />equested E. R. Knapp & Sons to resubmit <br />heir program commenting on all 10 points of <br />orm HUD-907. <br />b. Joseph Mathews & Associates, Architect, ltr <br />of Nov. 1, 1967 confirms that construction <br />drawings and specs. of the building for Hill <br />Vhite Truck Sales, on a portion of Parcel <br />2(b), Sample Street Project, R-7, are presently <br />eing developed and will be completed simul- <br />aneously with ground breaking on Dec. 1, <br />967. <br />a. In connection with the above listed corres- <br />pondence from Joseph Mathews, Architect, the <br />Redevelopment Commission approved the pre- <br />liminary site plans for that certain portion <br />of Parcel 2(b), Sample Street Project, R-7, <br />on which will be constructed a building to <br />house the Hill White Truck Sales, Inc. Final <br />site plans must be submitted along with con- <br />struction drawings, and must conform to the <br />Urban Renewal Plan, Sample Street Project, <br />R�7, on motion by Mr. Kompar, seconded by Mr. <br />C enney. <br />b. Ii conjunction with the further development <br />oF Parcel 2(b), Sample Street Project, R-7, <br />ii that it is a condition of terms of the <br />a7reement to develop the parcel in full, the <br />C)mmission approved the motion by Mr. Kompar, <br />s?conded by Mr. Chenney, that the Raitt Cor- <br />p)ration shall submit within 60 days to the <br />R?development Department construction plans, <br />aid construction must begin 30 days there- <br />a ter of the remaining portion of Parcel <br />2(b).
