In answer to Larry <br />Morrison 's question, the.staff knows now that a Land <br />Utilization and Marketability Study (LUMS) will not be <br />necessar because we will receive a letter of intent from <br />Cummins Ingine Company committing them to bid on the pro- <br />perty. C ther bidders are interested in the land and <br />therefor E competitive bids will be easily obtained.
