A. <br />cent Indiana ' Urban Renewal Association meeting the name was REPORT <br />changed to Indiana Association of Housing and Redevelopment <br />Officials (IAERO), The staff has been invited to give the <br />slide presentation on the South Bend Downtown Project to the <br />Association at the next meeting. The Association also re- <br />quested that each LPA consider filing a motion in support of <br />the Ft. Wayne Urban Renewal Department versus the Indiana <br />Supreme Court on a recent case. However, upon review of the <br />briefs Mr. Hammerschmidt agrees with the Supreme Court on <br />this ruling and could not support the Ft.
