Box 488 Mishawaka, IN 46546 <br />To all 1UPAT[Members Gibson -Lewis Employees, <br />In order to meet the expectations of the General Contractors, Construction Managers, and <br />Building Owners, we at Gibson -Lewis, LLC effective immediately, are implementing <br />that we will be following the BCRC (Building and Construction Resource Centers) <br />guidelines for drug testing. BCRC is an Alliance between the labor and the managernent <br />representatives for Local union # 460, and now 4 1118. Their goal is to assist employers <br />with establishing and maintaining workplaces that are free from destructive effects <br />caused when employees use drugs and/or abuse alcohol. <br />What does this can as a Gibson -Lewis Employee? <br />Each and every employee with in the union should have received a letter in January from <br />the BCRC (Building and Construction Resource Centers) along with a card and an LD <br />number, This is your ID card for identifying yourself as the person who received it from <br />the BCRC_ I will be attachinn, with this letter a copy of the letter sent to you back in <br />0 <br />January, along with the phone number of how to contact the BCRC, <br />All Gibson -Lewis, LLC employees must have this drug testing procedure finalized by No <br />Later then, April 17th, 2009. If not completed by this time, employees will be unable to <br />come into work until the test has been completed. <br />Where can I take this drug test? <br />Any Med-Point clinic offers this drug test for the BCRC requirements. Check with <br />nearest Med-point clinic to sot -up an appointment. <br />We at Gibson -Lewis, LLC want all of our employees to be safe everyday and be able to <br />work in a safe enviroment. Each day, our employees, along with you make a difference <br />to setting standards of being a safe company.
