g. I aSalle Park R -57. We have requested permission from <br />the Park Department to use the B. G. Smith Recreation Building <br />as our R location and Rehabilitation Site Office. We suggested <br />that if given permission for the use of the building we will put <br />about $2)0 improvements on it, such as screens, painting, <br />padlocks and so forth, and we will pay one -half of all the <br />utilitie It was brought out that vandalism could be kept <br />at a min um with our staff there during the day. <br />h. avid Myers, Planner I, engaged recently at $5,400 <br />per annui, has been offered a position paying $6,600 per annum. <br />Because we cannot meet this offer, or pay him even $6,000 per <br />annum du to the limitation of the 1966 Budget, he has notified <br />us of hi resignation effective two weeks from September 6, 1965. <br />The Comm ssion approved a emotion by Mr. Koempar, and seconded <br />by Mr. K czars that we engage Mrs. Fawn Rosek on a part time <br />basis an that she be put on full time, paying $5,100 per <br />annum, a fective after Mr. Meyer's resignation. <br />The next regular Commission meeting will be held at 10:30 a.m., <br />Thursday September 16, 1965. <br />91 <br />On motion duly made and passed, meeting adjourned at 11:45 a.m. <br />W.
