Engineer shall perform or furnish the following Additional Services: <br />• Limited survey of existing East Bank Riverwalk and assessment of ADA and <br />PROWAG compliance. Limited topographic information will be gathered as <br />necessary to develop design documents <br />• Design, drafting, cost estimating, and specification and contract document <br />preparation to ensure that impacted sections of the East Bank Riverwalk meet ADA, <br />PROWAG, and City of South Bend standards. <br />• Design, drafting, cost estimating, and specification and contract document <br />preparation to incorporate three alternate sinkhole repair options in to contract <br />documents. Original contract included preparation of one repair option. <br />• Revision of contract documents from Bid format to Quote format. <br />• Revision of contract documents to separate the East Bank Sinkhole Repairs (City <br />Project 118-305A) from the East Race Boat Launch Slope Repairs (City Project 118- <br />305B) <br />• Additional fee associated with this work is $6,185.00. <br />b.
