LEI 11-01 L W 7. a.. The Mayor's Citizens Advisory Committee on Community Improvement held a. meeting on July 27, 1965. The next meeting will be held on August 11, 1965 and business will include discussion of membership for a Special Committee on Minority Groups Housing Problems and presentation on the makeup of a Community Renewal Program for South Bend. Bruce Hammerschmidt is Actina Chairman of this committee. Coming meetings were reported as follows: 1. Tonight at 7:30 p. m., August 5, 1965 at the Council Chambers, Public Hearing called by the South Bend City Planning Commission on adoption of a Central Business District Plan as an admendment to South Bend's Comprehensive Plan. 2. At 8:00 p. m., August 16, 1965, at the South Bend Public Library, an informal Public Hearing on the City Budget for 1966. 3. CATION REPORT. The Relocation Plan is still to be developed. Mr. Wilhelm suggesled that names of all organizations and programs be spelled out in the Preliminary Relocation Report. Mrs. Curtis inquirEd about the number of "no reports" on families or individuals in the Relocation Report. The staff stated that some tenants refused to furnish information but that every effort would be made t� secure needed data,for proper relocation of the famili s and individuals affected.
