This proposal reduces to approxi- POSAL - DEFERRED <br />mately 17. 74 cents per.square foot for land which was previously PENDING AD- <br />appraised for 23.7 cents per square foot. The Commission DITIONAL DATA. <br />deferred action on this proposal pending receipt of additional data, <br />from Mr. Foreman relative to type of proposed construction, <br />number of employees in his establishment, and type of delivery <br />service of his operation. <br />5. <br />a. In view of the Commission's decision to defer action on <br />updating reuse values of land remaining to be sold in the Sample <br />Street Project R-7, it was reported that (1) Commission review <br />of informal proposals from redevelopers, and (2) Commission <br />recommendation to URA for approval might be a method to speed up <br />dispositio; of some of the land in the Project. <br />-3- <br />R-7 POSSIBLE <br />PROCEDURE FOR <br />LAND DISPO- <br />SITION. <br />
