OLO BUSINESS <br />On motion by Mr. Kompar, seconded by Mr. Louis, the Commission NEW CENTRAL <br />approved the signing of a Lease for the new office site with OFFICE SITE <br />LaSalle West, Inc. for a period of two years. This space is <br />comprised of 1495 square feet, at the sum of $434.50 per month, <br />commen (ping April 1, 1965. <br />7. NEW BUSINESS <br />Meetino has been arranged for the LaSalle Park residents for <br />Tuesday, February 23, 1965, 7:30 p.m., at the Friendship Church, <br />Corner Jefferson and Falcon Streets to: 1) introduce to the <br />residents the people who will be involved in the urban renewal; <br />and, ) acquaint the residents of what will be happening in their <br />area within the next few weeks. City Planning Associates, Inc. <br />will commence structural condition survey of buildings in the <br />project area and will work with the Redevelopment Department to <br />conduct a socio - economic survey. <br />Mr. Ch <br />reside <br />that n <br />Grant <br />3ng cited the need for one person to give the LaSalle -Park <br />its day -to -day contact.
