LOUIS FOR PAST SERVICES <br />BE IT RESOLVED, That the South Bend Redevelopment Commission does hereby <br />express its gratitude and commendation to Mr. James G. Louis for his sincere <br />and dedicated services as immediate past president of the Commission, for the <br />time and effort he devoted to promoting and developing the programs of the <br />Commission; and for the unselfish service he rendered to the community in <br />such capa ity. <br />V. ADOPTION OF ADMINISTRATIVE PRACTICE POLICIES <br />On motion by Mr. Louis, seconded by Mr. Helmen, the Commission unanimously <br />approved deferral action on the adoption of administrative policies until <br />the second meeting of this month, January 21, to give Mr. Chong, Executive <br />Director, opportunity to review and make suggestions in the-way of additions <br />and changes. <br />VI. <br />On motion <br />ATTEST: <br />Carl <br />R.
