The proposed lease omits the City OFFICE <br />Plan Comm ssion as co- signer for the third floor office space <br />at 129 W. Colfax Avenue and would give the Redevelopment Com- <br />mission t tal responsibility for the second and third floor <br />space. <br />V. BID <br />FOR REAL ESTATE R -7 <br />Upon moti n by Mr. Kompar, seconded by Mr. Wiggins, the Com- RESOLUTION #95 <br />mission u animously approved the bid offer of Clemans Realty, CLEMANS BID <br />Inc. for Darcel 2(a), consisting of 10 acres of land, at a bid PAR. 2(a) <br />price of 230 per square foot. This approval is subject to HHFA Ind. R -7 <br />concurrence, and the execution of Part I and II - Land Disposi- <br />tion Contract. Resolution oovering this authorization is hereby , <br />attached and made a part of these minutes. <br />Mr. Nowak stated three additional redevelopers have indicated <br />interest 'n purchasing land in the redevelopment area. <br />VI. NEW 3USINESS r_ <br />Upon -moti n by Mr. Wggins, seconded by Mr. Kompar, the Com- <br />mission a proved the reinvestment of $100,000 from the Project R -29 FWS <br />Expenditures Account Fund Ind. R -29 in 30 -day U.S. Treasury <br />Bills, retroactive to December 7, 1964. <br />-3- <br />
