Treasury Bills, date retroactive to October 9, 1964. On motion by Mr. Koczan, seconded by Mr. Kompar, the Commission CHANGE ORDER instructel the Acting Director to prepare the necessary Change IND.. R -7 Orders to cover Items I and II costs in order to complete the Street Improvements on Kerr Street and Catalp% Avenue, provided Item II f nds are availAble. Total value of this additional work is estimated to be $12,000. The Commission, on motion by Mr. Kompar, seconded by Mr. Koczan, "LAND FOR SALE" approved the purchase of "Land For Sale" signs from Indiana State SIGNS IND. R -7 Industries to advertise industrial land in the Indiana R -7 area. REPORT R -29 On motion by Mr. Kompar, seconded by Mr. Koczan, the Commission BY -LAWS agreed to amend the By -Laws of the South Bend Redevelopment AMENDMENT Commission, Article II - Officers, by adding Section 4A, provid- RES. NO. 94 ing for an Assistant Secretary, as authorized under Section 6. This action is retroactive to October 14, 1964. Resolution #94 covering this authorizations is hereby attached and made part of these min tes. Mr. Kocz nominated Steve Kompar as Assistant Secretary.
