APPROVAL OF OPTION_ <br />12.00 <br />24.50 <br />6.24 <br />4.00 <br />$128.56 <br />$ 29,595.51 <br />On mot on by Mr. Wiggins and seconded by Mr. Koczan, and unanimously <br />carrie the Commission approved the option in the Chapin Street Project <br />Ind. R129 area on Parcel 1-3. <br />IV. OPENING OF CAR BIDS. <br />The bi s were opened at 10:30 a.m. as advertised on June 26th and July <br />3rd. <br />The bi4s were: <br />1. Net price of $1998.00 for a Chevrolet 4-door <br />Station wagon from L.O. Gates Chevrolet. <br />2. Net prick of $1716.45 for a 4-door Falcon <br />Sedan from Romy Hammes. <br />Both doalers would accept the trade-in of the Department's 1959 Lark <br />2 -door sedan. L.O. Gates met the specifications for a station wagon <br />and Ro y Hammes met the specifications for a sedan. <br />On mot on by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Koczan, the Commission accepted <br />L.O. Gites' bid for the purchase of a station wagon as the most desirable. <br />V. Progress Report Indiana R-29 Chapin Street <br />union #86 <br />Mr. Sucher reported that as of this date, 85 parcels have been closed - <br />16 parcels have options and 26 remain. Of these 26, 13 have little <br />prospect for voluntary sale. It was requested of the Commission that <br />they give permission to LPA Counsel, Bruce Hammerschmidt, by resolution for <br />the cordemnation of these= -13 parcels On motion by Mr. Koczan, seconded <br />by Mr. Wiggins, Resolution #86 was adopted. Resolution covering the <br />authorization for this condemnation is hereby attached and-made a-part of- <br />these inutes. <br />investment of Funds <br />I <br />On mot on by Mr. W* gins, seconded by Mr. Koczan, the Commission unanimously <br />approv�d investing H5 0100.00 from Project Expenditures Account Fund R-7 <br />-3- <br />
