Louis, president. <br />Commissioners present and answering -to roll call: <br />James G. Louis, President <br />Donald A. Wiggins, Vice -- President <br />Fred J. Helmen, Secretary <br />William J. Brown <br />Frank G. Koczan <br />Also present: <br />Mrs. Janet Allen, Common Council Member <br />Mrs. Josephine Curtis, Secretary, Board of- Trustees <br />Edgar Seybold, Civic Planning Association <br />Mrs. Nancy Kavadas, South Bend Tribune Reporter <br />Walter Douglas <br />Staffs Henry Sucher, Executive Director <br />Carl R. Nowak, Assistant Director <br />Bruce C. Hammerschmidt, LPA Counsel <br />Dorothy N. Howell, Relocation Aide <br />I. MINUTES <br />Minutes Df the meeting held May 21, 1964 were read and approved, on <br />motion made by Mr. Helmen, and seconded by Mr. Brown. <br />II•. APPROVAL OF OPTIONS <br />On motion by Mr. Brown, seconded by Mr. Wiggins, and unanimously passed, <br />the Commission approved options in the Chapin Street project Indiana <br />R-29 Are on the following parcels: 1 -4, 2--2, 2 -4, 2--13, 2-►21, 2 -24, <br />2-25, 3-14, 3-19, 3-22, 3-23 and 5-5. <br />III. APPROVAL OF BILLS <br />On motior by Mr. Brown, seconded by Mr. Helmen, and unanimously carried, <br />theCommi sion approved the following claims for payment- totaling - <br />$71,701.123: <br />-1- <br />
