Hammerschmidt, LPA Counsel <br />The m nutes of the meeting held May 7, 1964 were read and approved <br />with �he following amendments: <br />On motion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Brown and unanimously <br />passed, Resolution No. 80, which was passed May 7, 1964 approving <br />the I dustrial Expansion Project, had the following wording elimina- <br />ted f om the text which stated the project area is "a slum, blighted, <br />deter orated, or deteriorating area ". This was done to conform it <br />to th Resolution being considered by the Common Council, who <br />objec ed to that language. <br />On moi <br />passe( <br />to rez <br />ion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Brown and unanimously <br />, "Change Order No. 3 to Chas.
