This resolu- <br />tion covering this authorization is hereby attached and made a <br />part of hese minutes. <br />On motio made by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Helmen, the CONDEMNATION <br />Commissi n approved that condemnation proceedings be filed AUTHORIZA- <br />against ust & Mildred Caras, parcel 15 -6. TION-- PAR.15 -6 <br />On motion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Helmen, the Com-- CHANGE ORDER <br />mission approved Change Order No. 3 to Chas. W. Cole & Son k- NO. 3 - COLE <br />Site Imp ovement Contract "D" to cover underground traffic CONTRACT <br />signal installations on the corner of Sample and Chapin "D" <br />Streets in the Sample Street Indiana R -7 Area at a total <br />estimate construction cost of $10,802. Above ground <br />installations will be covered out of State Highway Depart- <br />ment Fun s later. <br />The Staff was instructed to make recommendations at the <br />next mee ing regarding weed control measures. <br />On motion by Mr. Wiggins;. seconded -by Mr. Brown;-the <br />Commissi n authorized the reinvestment of $150,000 of <br />$200,000 in the Chapin Street R -29 Project Expenditures <br />Fund, which are maturing next week, for a period of 6- <br />months in U. S. Treasury Bills. <br />WEED CONTROL <br />IND. R -7 <br />REINVESTMF; i`1' <br />OF FUNDS <br />IND. R -29 <br />On motion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Brown, the Commis- STADIANA, INC. <br />sign authorized the officers to sign the Quit Claim Deed to PARCEL 1(e) <br />Stadiana, Inc. (United Parcel Service) for $15,400.50. <br />Commissioners Louis and Helmen questioned the Relocation <br />Claim of Earl W. Plack (The Food Center) of the Chapin <br />Street P oject, Indiana R -29 in connection with Barnes <br />Electric Co. bill.
