T' Mr. Such r submitted the resignation of the Relocation Director, Mr. Charles Davis and upon motion made by Mr. Brown,tseconded by Mr. Wiggins, the following Resolution was unanimously adopted: BE IT RESOLVED, That the resignation of Mr, Charles Davis as e location Director is hereby accepted with regret, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Commission does hereby commend him for the excellent job he has done as Reloca- tion Director for the South Bend Redevelopment Commission and extend to him our best wishes in success in his future ende1avors. Mr. Sucher suggested that Dorothy Howell be assigned the position as Acting Relocation Director. seconded On motion made by Mr. Wiggins and/by Mr. Helmen and unani- ASPOC mously carried, it was approved that Mr. Sucher and Mr. CONFERENCE Hammerschmidt attend the American Society of Planning IN BOSTON Officials Conference in Boston April 5 - 9. On motion made by Mr. Helmen, seconded by Mr. Brown, and unanimously carried, the Commission resolved to request City Plan ing Associates to submit a proposal for the first phase of the LaSalle Park Project which is completion of the General N ighborhood Renewal Plan for the LaSalle Park Area plus prep ration of an application for a survey on planning for the fist project.
