II. �PPROVAL OF OPTIONS <br />On motion made by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Helmen and unani -- <br />mousl carried, the Commission approved an option in the Chapin <br />Streez Project Indiana R -29 area on parcel 5 -7. Mr. Sucher <br />repor ed that to date there are 81 properties either closed or <br />unde4tal option in the project, representing approximately 65/ of <br />the parcels. <br />III.
