PROGRESS REPORT <br />As, of this week, there will be 50 parcels closed in the CHAPIN <br />Chapin Street Project Area.. There are 74 either closed STREET <br />or under option, which represents about 60% of the total R--29 <br />area. <br />On motion made by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Helmen R-29 <br />and unanimously carried, the Commission authorized the $600,000 <br />investment of $600,000 of the $970,000 Chapin Street INVESTMENT <br />Indiana -29 Preliminary Loan Notes in U.
