RES LUTION #75 <br />Resolution authorizing the sale, issuance and delivery of prelimin- <br />ary loan notes in the aggregate principal amount of $970,000.00, <br />the execution of Requisition Agreement No. 1, and the execution <br />and delivery of Project Temporary Loan Note 2, in connection with <br />Project No. Indiana R -29 was approved by the Commission, upon motion <br />made by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Brown. The following voted <br />in favo of the resolutions Messrs. Wiggins, Brown and Louis„ No <br />votes a ainst motion.
